Holly Bradshaw-Eakes
In
all business endeavors during a career that spans 30 years, Ms. Bradshaw-Eakes
has been directly involved in marketing. A degree in Marketing from
San Francisco State University was utilized early in her career at
Pacific Southwest Airlines where she was a marketing representative
during and immediately after deregulation of the airline industry.
By the time the airline was acquired by US Air, her career path had
spanned numerous sales and marketing positions.
Since those early years she has assisted a wide
range of for-profit and social service organizations. Through all
endeavors Ms. Bradshaw-Eakes regularly gained publicity in national
print publications, made appearances on television programs which
aired in many markets, and served on national steering committees,
becoming a spokesperson for various organizations. She has formulated
and executed value plans that were steeped in pragmatism, with
roots in market theory.
Ms. Bradshaw-Eakes' areas of expertise are strategic
market planning, target market refinement and public relations.
She is active in the community and currently serves on the Board
of Directors of the Council on International Relations.
Thomas G. Eakes
As
the creator of many successful enterprises in his 45 year business
career, Mr. Eakes has approached commerce from many angles. Prior
to starting The Holly Company, he was a founding owner of RKC
& Co, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm with offices
throughout California. Clients included The Pacific Stock Exchange,
Motown Records and other regional and national clients. When
the firm was sold to Corroon and Black, the fourth largest insurance
broker in the world, Mr. Eakes remained to render his particular
expertise as National Employee Benefit Chairman with offices
in California and New York. Corroon and Black later merged with
The Willis Group, a London-based firm whose stock is traded on
the London and New York stock exchanges.
Mr. Eakes specializes in turnaround management,
growth positioning, strategic planning and sales training. He is
Chairman of the Board of the Philos Society at St. John's College
in Santa Fe and is active in community affairs.
